IREFCON -2010 (India International Refractories Congress
2010) is the eighth in the series of bi-annual
international conferences providing an important
interface between the Indian and the international
refractories industries, and the users of refractories
like steel, cement, non-ferrous metals, glass, etc. This
is scheduled to be organized from 4th to 6th February
2010 at Kolkata, the hub of Eastern India. In addition
to producers and users of refractories, suppliers of
refractory raw materials, equipment and machinery,
testing apparatus, R&D institutions and consultants will
be closely involved, besides design and consultancy
organizations.

The IREFCON -2010 will be held in the city of Kolkata,
once recognised as the cultural capital of India, and
today a fast- growing centre of a rapidly
industrializing state, close to resource and growth
